What to expect
Being well-prepared for your appointment will ensure that the doctor has all of the needed information to provide the best possible care for you. It also will help relieve any unnecessary anxiety you may be feeling. To this end, please bring a copy of your current medication to your first visit. This will help our doctors to ensure that your medical needs are being met. We will also be asking you when you last visited you primary care doctor. Please try to bring the date of your last visit with you to each of your appointments, including follow-ups.

Educate yourself on your symptoms by reviewing the content on this web site. Also, take some time to review our staff page and familarize yourself with the doctors. We look forward to your first visit.
